Who We Are
ADMIXTEC develops and produces water reducing admixtures for concrete and mortar. Our product range covers polycarboxylate (PCE), naphthalene (SNF), melamine (SMF) and lignosulfonate water reducers in liquid and powder form, including admixtures that meet ASTM C494 Type F and Type G.
Many of our customers buy factory-direct and rely on us for consistent quality from one shipment to the next.
What We Make
Each product family suits different concrete types, cost targets and local materials. We help you choose the one that fits your mix.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE): up to 40% water reduction and long slump retention for high performance, self compacting and precast concrete.
SNF Superplasticizer: a cost-effective naphthalene-based high range water reducer for general ready mix concrete.
SMF Superplasticizer: a melamine-based water reducer with low air entrainment, used in precast, gypsum and self-leveling mortar.
Lignosulfonate Water Reducer: an economical normal water reducer with a mild retarding effect.
ASTM C494 Type F and Type G water reducers, water reducing retarding admixtures, and construction chemical raw materials.
Manufacturing and Quality Control
We test every incoming batch of raw materials before use, and we check every batch of finished product for solid content, pH, density and water reduction rate before it ships.
Technical Support and Laboratory
Superplasticizers perform differently with different cements, sands and mineral admixtures. Our in-house concrete laboratory runs trial mixes with your materials to recommend the right grade and dosage. When needed, we adjust the formulation for local conditions, such as high clay content in manufactured sand or long haul times in hot weather.
For distributors and admixture formulators, we offer PCE mother liquor, custom blends and OEM packaging under your own brand.
