Leading domestic automated production line

Since 2007, the water-reducing agent independently developed and produced by the material branch has gone through three generations, and the third-generation polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance water-reducing agent is currently being produced. Polycarboxylic acid water reducer has the advantages of high water reduction rate, good slump retention performance, good adaptability to cementitious materials, and relatively high compressive strength. It is widely used in engineering projects and is a new type of green and environmentally friendly material.

"Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is in great demand in major domestic and foreign engineering projects. Our fully automated production line can produce polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent with an annual output of more than 50,000 tons. More than three times the total production capacity.” said the deputy manager of the materials branch.

For large-scale manufacturing enterprises, the only way to increase productivity and reduce costs is to rely on technological upgrading and the introduction of automated production. The automated production line does not require manual operation, has high production efficiency, and stable product performance, which has gradually replaced manual and simple mechanized production modes.

"It turned out that our production department needed 7 workers, with a per capita output of 150 tons/month. Now there are still 7 people, with a per capita output of 300 tons/month, and individual production capacity has more than doubled." The tester said excitedly.

The transformation from a traditional production line to a one-stop automated production line has not only improved production capacity and efficiency, but also significantly improved product qualification rate and finished product quality. After the completion of the production base, it meets the national environmental protection standards and successfully entered the China Communications Group's strategic supplier database. In 2018, it was awarded the title of "China Excellent Supplier".

Regardless of product innovation, plant construction, equipment replacement, service quality, and environmental compliance, the material branch's goal of building a professional, standardized, and modern production base has already taken shape.
